I am paying way less than I did with my past company and getting much better protection. Chuck is an outstanding manager, whenever an issue arises he faces it and takes care of it. "Over inflated insurance prices for years. I had to argue to get someone removed from my address for about 3 years because they no longer lived here. Then I found out that that person had a claim that is showing on MY Lexis Nexis report. Could this be why I was overcharged?! When I called to find out why I was met with a blase attitude and told to just dispute it. Why should I have to?If the agency had done what I asked a long time ago, I would not be wasting my time trying to get it corrected. And how about a refund of all the inflated costs? Ended up with way more coverage and $47 less per month!"

"My hubby and I recently bought an RV. He knew we had State Farm Insurance for over two decades, but he was unsure of our agent's name so he actually mistakenly called Chuck Hirsch's office, and Erin Allen answered. Erin was extremely helpful to us as it turns out our agent's office was closed on Saturday. She set up our insurance policy from start to finish, took our payment and sent us a receipt..all within 30 minutes. Such great professionals! We highly recommend the Chuck Hirsch State Farm Agency.
